Propane fire pits and grills are always allowed.
FIREWORKS INFORMATION

FIRE SAFETY
Fire Safety is everyone’s job. You live in a landscape that had been dependent on and is naturally prone to wildfire. Most of our homes are old wood frame homes with a fair amount of coal dust. As Roslyn residents we must have a plan for wildfire, have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers in our homes.
